IGBT Application Scope

IGBT, a type of power semiconductor, is used for a variety of applications ranging from automotive and industrial equipment to consumer devices. It is also seeing increased adoption in high output 3-phase motor control inverters in HEVs/EVs, resonance circuits for home appliances such as IH, and for boost control in UPS and industrial power supplies.
