Non-Isolated Current Sensing - Automotive

For methods that measure the voltage drop across a shunt resistor, ROHM offers high-accuracy current sensing solutions using high heat dissipation shunt resistors, high-accuracy current sense amplifiers, and precision operational amplifiers.
To further support designers, ROHM provides free access to validated reference design data (i.e. circuit diagrams, BOMs, PCB/evaluation data), significantly reducing design workload.
The wide common-mode input voltage range of −14V to 80V in ROHM's current sense amplifiers enhances robustness in current sensing in battery systems up to 48V, contributing to improved system stability.

Reference Design

Reference Design

ROHM provides a system-level evaluation board (solution board) that combines ROHM's IC and discrete products. We have already solved not only the characteristics of individual products but also the problems that may occur when combining them to build a system, thus contributing significantly to the reduction of development time for our customers.

ROHM Solution Simulator

ROHM Solution Simulator

ROHM Solution Simulator is a new web-based electronic circuit simulation tool that can carry out a variety of simulations, from initial development that involves component selection and individual device verification to the system-level verification stage.
