5.5kW Totem Pole PFC Evaluation Board
The "TotemPolePFC_5.5kW-TSB-001" is a 5.5 kW Totem Pole PFC (Power Factor Correction) evaluation board featuring GaN HEMTs (under development) in the high-frequency leg and SJ-MOSFETs (under development) in the low-frequency leg. The board is compatible with major 200 V-class commercial AC power inputs worldwide, outputting a stabilized 400 V DC designed to supply power to a downstream DC-DC converter. It supports a maximum output current of 13.75 A (at 5.5 kW). The board achieves a peak efficiency of 99.0%, and its power factor and input total harmonic distortion (iTHD) comply with OCP (Open Compute Project) standards.
