Each location is staffed by personnel with ties to the local communities trained to handle quality issues.
In addition, the analysis center in Philippines has a 24-hour system for carrying out speedy claims response.
A worldwide quality assurance system centered on the HQ in Kyoto allows ROHM to respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
