Advanced Analytical Technologies Analysis Center

The semiconductor analysis/investigation section plays a major role in improving quality. Utilizing a number of advanced analytical equipment, such as FIB-SEM and TEM-EDX, ROHM’s analysis center is fully equipped to quickly respond to a variety of needs, from basic research to new product development and even analysis of defective products.

The Analysis Center is staffed by professionals with a wide range of specialized expertise and product knowledge. We work together with ROHM’s development section to improve quality by providing useful analytical data.

We would like to introduce the efforts of our Analysis Center, which plays an essential role in quality control.

Global Quality Support System

QA (Quality Assurance) along with FQE (Field Quality Engineering) Dept., and Analysis centers are established at 9 overseas locations to ensure prompt quality support all over the world. Each center and FQE Dept. are comprised of local staff that act as quality representatives to provide technical support, creating a system that enables detailed communication in locations close to customers.
The Analysis Center in the Philippines operates around the clock, providing rapid response to issues both domestically and internationally. A quality assurance infrastructure centered at ROHM headquarters extending worldwide allows us to timely address customer needs.
