QuiCur™, Nano Pulse Control™, 4 V to 16 V Input, 12 A Integrated MOSFET Single Synchronous Buck DC/DC Converter
BD9DA00MF is a synchronous buck DC/DC converter with built-in low on-resistance power MOSFETs. The device operates with output current up to 12 A. The output voltage accuracy is ±1%. It features fast transient response due to QuiCur™ and constant on-time control system. The Light Load Mode control improves efficiency in light-load conditions. It achieves high power density and offer a small footprint on the PCB by employing small package.
