Isolated Switch Driver (Isolated MOS Driver)

Isolated switch drivers (Isolated MOSFET drivers) are ICs that integrate a high-voltage isolation element while directly driving MOSFETs without secondary power supply, contributing to the standardization of source/sink output circuits in industrial equipment. Compared to conventional solutions using photocouplers, they offer higher reliability and faster response while simplifying design and saving board space. This product family provides an isolation voltage of 3750 VRMS and features floating outputs that can efficiently drive multiple MOSFETs.
