BD9G201EFJ-LB
1ch Buck Converter

BD9G201EFJ-LB is a buck converter with built-in high side MOSFET. It has an input voltage range of 4.5V to 42V. Current mode architecture provides fast transient response and a simple phase compensation setup. The IC is mainly used as a secondary side power supply: for example, a step-down output of 3.3V/5V can be produced from voltage power supply such as 12V or 24V. In addition, it has a synchronization function with an external CLK that provides noise management.

We recommend BD9G201UEFJ-LB for your new development. It uses different production lines for the purpose of improving production efficiency. Electric characteristics noted in Datasheet does not differ between Production Line.

    • This EVK is using BD9G201EFJ-M instead of BD9G201UEFJ-M, BD9G201UEFJ-LB, or BD9G201EFJ-LB. This EVK has been developed for ROHM’s non-synchronous buck DC/DC converter customers evaluating BD9G201EFJ-M. While the BD9G201EFJ-M accepts a power supply input range of 4.5V to 42V, and generates output voltages from 1V to VCC, this EVK is setup for the input voltage range of 10V to 42V and a fixed output of 5V can be produced.
