3 Channel Buck Converter and 1 Channel Boost Converter for Automotive Application

BD391A0MFF-C is a designed to meet the requirements of functional safety supportive applications. The device contains 3ch Buck converters and 1ch Boost converter and is integrated Power MOSFETs for all outputs. The EMI emissions by switching converters are reduced in spread spectrum switching. The failure information about error events is stored in internal registers and is sent by I²C communication.
