BM3GF01MUV-LBZ, BM3GF02MUV-LBZ incorporates the 650 V GaN HEMT and power factor correction converter (Power Factor Correction: PFC) that serve as switching devices to provide a compact, optimal system for all products that require power factor improvement. Boundary conduction mode control is adopted for the PFC IC and switching loss reduction and noise reduction are possible by zero current detection. Built-in GaN HEMT contributes to miniaturization and high-efficiency. Additionally, this IC enables external control of PFC ON/OFF by combining ROHM's QR IC with built-in GaN HEMT. It contributes to low standby power by stopping PFC during standby when PFC is not required.
