As the world's leading trade fair for the electronics industry, electronica has taken up the cause of being the place where the All Electric Society will gather in 2024. ROHM Semiconductor will once more be among the exhibitors in Munich in November shaping a sustainable, livable future. In continuation of our motto “empowering growth, inspiring innovation” ROHM will present a portfolio designed to meet the evolving needs of various sectors. ROHM will show a different applications example integrating ROHM TRCDRIVEpack™ .
TRCDRIVEpack™ is 2-in-1 SiC molded modules and optimized for xEVtraction inverters.
This supports up to 300kW and features high power density and a optimal terminal configuration.

Off Board Charger
ROHM will show an application example with 1200V SiC Power Module adopted.
Discrete and module solutions support customers to choose out of ROHM's wide SiC portfolio, driving the expansion of EV charging applications.
ADAS & Zonal Computing
ROHM is showcasing newest generation SerDes for Camera Connectivity supporting up to 8MPix@30Hz resolution and plug-in platform board for ADAS SoC.
Power Conversion
ROHM's NEW EcoGaN™ Power stage ICs will be extended with higher integrated PFC & QR flyback converter ICs, providing an optimum solution for all electronics systems that requires high power density and efficiency.
New discrete packages like TOLL and top side colling (TOLT) for GaN HEMTs and new developed GaN Controller such as Totem Pole PFC and LLC, support compact ACDC power supply applications.
Lighting
Digital Cockpit
Showcasing Dual Display control for super high-resolution digital cockpit is supporting freeform super-frame, OSD and ASIL-B support.
Local Dimming for very high contrast and brightness displays are supported by direct LED drivers with highest power density. Exterior Lighting platform includes Boost, Buck and Linear LED Drivers as well as Motor Drivers for high power lamps with pixel animation and leveling or ADB.
Motor & Pump solution
ROHM will show a Motor Driver Technology demo including BD64701.
This products supports FOC control for high speed rotation and smooth sine wave.
and also BD67871 is involved into this demo and this product supports TriC3™ patented technology that is improving efficiency compared to standard constant current drive.
PV & Heatpump
ROHM has extended its 4G SiC-MOSFET lineup, to suit the needs of every design.
ROHM will show a success story of industry cooperation in PV space with SMA, Semikron Danfoss and Vincotech.
