ROHM laser diodes offer excellent temperature characteristics along with high COD and ESD resistance for barcode scanners used in receipt management. Adopting an end-face window structure prevents localized heat generation and overcurrent damage due to static electricity. At the same time, stable temperature characteristics are ensured, with low temperature dependence that contributes to lower power consumption and longer life.
