100mA 3.3V, Fixed Output, High-Accuracy LDO Regulator

BD33FA1FP3 is an LDO regulator with output current capability of 0.1A. The output voltage is 3.3V with ±1% accuracy. The SOT89-3K package is most suitable for heat dissipation. As protective function to prevent IC from destruction, this chip has built-in over current protection circuit to protect the device when output is shorted, and built-in thermal shutdown circuit to protect the IC during thermal over load conditions. This product can be used in wide variety of digital appliances. This regulator can use ceramic capacitor, which have smaller size and longer life than other capacitors.

    • 3.6kW Interleaved Boost PFC
    • The REF67010-IPFC_3.6kW-EVK-A04 is a Reference Board with Interleaved Boost PFC topology. It demostrates ROHM’s strong power devices portfolio i.e., high speed switching device Field Trench IGBT and SiC SBD diodes in the Boost Stage. The Auxiliary power supply uses PWM type DC/DC converter IC with 800V Integrated MOSFET and Super-Fast Recovery Diode. The converter is rated at 3.6kW.
