The ML63Q2554 is a MCU equipped with a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0+ processor and an AI accelerator, "AxlCORE-ODL". It also integrates a variety of peripheral circuits, including CAN FD controller, 3-phase motor control PWM, two A/D converters, analog comparators, I²C, SPI, and UART. With a low power consumption of approximately 40mW during AI processing, this makes it an optimal solution for predictive failure detection in industrial equipment and home appliances.
Among the lineup, this product features a 128KByte ROM capacity, a 64pin package.
