ML7671-61XGD (New)
13.56MHz, NFC Wireless Charging Power Transmitter (250mW, WQFN)ML7671 is a 13.56MHz wireless power transmitter LSI. ML7671 realizes a wireless power transfer system by combining with the wireless power receiver LSI ML7670, and can output power for ML7670 to supply 250mW to charging device. ML7671 has a communication command generation function based on NFC Forum Type F technology for communicating with ML7670, a function for variably controlling the transmission amount to optimize the transmission power, and a function to detect abnormalities when ML7670 is attached/detached or power is transmitted. All of these functions are included in the 40-pin WQFN package (6.0 mm square), and ML7671 is ideal for wireless power transfer of small devices. In addition, the operating voltage is 5V, and it can be driven from a USB power source such as a mobile battery. Furthermore, ML7671 is equipped with a host interface (I²C slave) function, and it is possible to update configuration data from an external MCU.
