4.5V to 18V Input, 4.0A Integrated MOSFET 1ch Synchronous Buck DC/DC Converter

BD9C401EFJ is a synchronous buck switching regulator with built-in low on-resistance power MOSFETs. With wide input voltage range, It is capable of providing current of up to 4A. It is a current mode control DC/DC converter and features high-speed transient response. Phase compensation can also be set easily.

While accepting a power supply of 4.72-18V, an output of 3.3V can be produced. The IC has internal 65mΩ high-side P-channel MOSFET and 35mΩ low-side N-channel MOSFET and a synchronization frequency is of 500kHz.
