ROHM's LDO regulators for portable devices have original CMOS processes are utilized for low consumption and high precision. ROHM's lineup of high reliability CMOS LDO regulators for high frequency circuits features high ripple rejection (80dB typ. at 1kHz) and an output current of 150mA. Specifically developed to provide superior line regulation, load regulation, and noise characteristics for high reliability analog applications, the units are available in an ultra-compact, space-saving HVSOF5 package with integrated heat sink.
