Is it possible to use the BAxxCC0/DD0 series LDOs from above the max. input supply voltage of the recommended operating range to below the absolute maximum rated voltage?
- The detection voltage of the built-in overvoltage protection circuit (OVP) is set to around 27V for the BAxxCC0/DD0 series and 33V for the BAxxDD0 series. Since the OVP may operate when the detection voltage is exceeded, please do not operate above the recommended supply voltage range.
