For ground sense comparators, why is there two measurement conditions for response time Tre listed in the electrical characteristics, (IN=100mV_pp、overdrive=5mV) and (Logic Swing、V_REF=1.4V)?
- 100mV_pp input is a condition for measuring the response time with small amplitudes, while TTL level (V_IL<0.8V、V_IH>2.0V) input is the condition for larger amplitudes. TTL level input has a shorter response time.
