For ground sense comparators, why is there two measurement conditions for response time Tre listed in the electrical characteristics, (IN=100mVpp、overdrive=5mV) and (Logic Swing、VREF=1.4V)?
100mVpp input is a condition for measuring the response time with small amplitudes, while TTL level (VIL<0.8V、VIH>2.0V) input is the condition for larger amplitudes. TTL level input has a shorter response time.
