ROHM Co., Ltd. was selected as a Sustainability Yearbook Member for the third consecutive year and included in the Sustainability Yearbook 2026. Published on February 18, 2026, by S&P Global, a world-leading research and ratings firm, the Sustainability Yearbook recognizes companies with outstanding sustainability performance. This selection places ROHM among the top 15% of companies in the Semiconductor & Semiconductor Equipment industry for its outstanding sustainability performance.

S&P Global annually evaluates the sustainability efforts of the world's leading companies from governance & economic, environmental, and social perspectives using its proprietary Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) methodology and selects companies with outstanding sustainability efforts in each industry for inclusion in the Sustainability Yearbook.
This year, more than 9,200 companies worldwide from 59 industries were evaluated, and 848 companies (including 69 Japanese companies) were selected for this year's Yearbook.

Encouraged by the results of this year's evaluation, ROHM will continue to promote sustainability activities and address social issues to create a sustainable society, aiming to be a company that meets the expectations of our stakeholders.
