The ML7404 is a low power RF transceiver for long range communication in Sub-GHz. The ML7404 includes RF, IF,MODEM, Direct Sequence Spectrum Spreading/Despreading(DSSS), baseband processor, HOST interface. The ML7404 supports RF frequency sets of 315MHz to 960MHz. Built in direct spreading in aaccodance with IEEE802.15.4k standard. And for narrow band wireless communication, it implements programmable channel filters supporting 12.5kHz or wider channel spacing. ML7404 is suitable to F mode (434MHz) , and C/S/T/R mode(868MHz) of Wireless M-Bus in Europe, and to RCR STD-30, ARIB STD-T67, and ARIB STD-T108 in Japan.
