Voltage Detectors (Reset ICs)

ROHM voltage detectors are reset ICs that feature superior ±1% detection. The broad lineup covers a wide voltage detection range while providing low current consumption in a small, thin form factor. These detectors are suitable for any application equipped with microcontrollers, CPUs, digital signal processors (DSPs), or various other controllers. In addition to the standard type, the series includes models with adjustable delay time, fixed delay time and watchdog timeout.

Both open drain output and CMOS are available that allows the output of the reset signal to be selected depending on the connected power supply. In addition, pin- and function-compatible SSOP packages enable easy replacement for existing ICs.

What’s more, the compact form factor allows engineers to place the circuit near microcontrollers in ultra-compact systems. And the entire lineup is both Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
