1ch 150mA CMOS LDO Regulator

ROHM's LDO regulators for portable devices have original CMOS processes are utilized for low consumption and high precision. Standard high current CMOS LDO regulators are offered featuring low saturation, ±1% output voltage accuracy, and a maximum output current of 150mA. Original technology is utilized for 2mV load regulation and an input/output voltage difference of only 100mV. In addition, multiple protection circuits, built into an ultra-compact package (VCSP60N1: 1.0mm×1.04mm), ensure a greater degree of reliability.
