Driver MOSFET IC for Automotive

BD96340MFF-C is a Driver MOSFET IC (DrMOS) developed for use with ROHM automotive SoC PMICs. Supporting up to 20 A continuous output current and 30 A peak current, it works in combination with ROHM automotive SoC PMICs to enable scalable power supply configurations for increasingly low-voltage, high-current SoC requirements. This AEC-Q100 qualified device supports functional safety analysis for automotive applications. It also integrates protection functions such as OCP, TSD, UVLO, and OVLO, making it suitable for high-reliability automotive systems including advanced driver assistance systems, driver monitoring systems, and sensing cameras.
