BD16940MUF-C is a 14-channel half-bridge driver designed for automotive applications. This product can directly drive a small DC brush motor. Each output can be independently controlled into three modes: High output, Low output, and Hi-Z output. The 16-bit serial interface (SPI) allows control from an external MCU. This product has a high withstand voltage (maximum rating 40 V), low ON resistance and small package. It can contribute to high reliability, low power consumption and cost reduction to product applications.
