BM63587H-VA is an automotive IGBT-IPM compliant with AQG 324, integrating 600V IGBTs, free-wheel diode (FWD), fast recovery diode (FRD), and gate driver into a single package. It is ideally suited for drive circuits used in xEV auxiliary systems, such as electric compressors, electric oil pumps, and high-voltage heaters, where demand continues to grow. Compared to an equivalent discrete configuration, it reduces the mounting area by approximately 59%, significantly contributing to the downsizing and weight reduction of automotive electrical systems.
In addition, optimized structural design suppresses parasitic inductance and delivers excellent thermal performance, enabling stable thermal design even under high-load conditions. The module also incorporates a variety of protection and control functions, including bootstrap current-limit technology, temperature monitoring output, Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO), and short-circuit protection (SCP), enhancing the reliability of the overall application.
