Notice of Merger Between Consolidated Subsidiaries

ROHM Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ROHM“) hereby announces that the Company has decided at the Board of Directors’ meeting held today that ROHM’s wholly-owned subsidiary ROHM Wako Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ROHM Wako”) will absorb and merge ROHM’s wholly-owned subsidiary ROHM Logistec Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ROHM Logistec”) on June 14, 2024.

Amid drastic changes in the business environment in the semiconductor industry, we will further promote integrated group management by having our production subsidiary ROHM Wako absorb our logistics subsidiary ROHM Logistec. We will continue efforts to strengthen our supply chain by utilizing ROHM Logistec's experience and know-how in logistics and warehouse operations.
