Integrated development environment "LEXIDE-Ω"
  • LAPIS Development Tools LEXIDE-Ω is the application program developing environment for LAPIS Technology 8-bit RISC processors based on the nX-U8/100 core or 16-bit RISC processors based on the nX-U16/100 core, and for ROHM microcontrollers based on the Arm® Cortex®-M core.
  • The integrated development environment based on the open source Eclipse and CDT plug-ins supports efficient program development.

  • The on-chip emulator EASE1000 V2 is a compact emulator that supports on-board software debugging and Flash programming by connecting to an actual device equipped with the on-chip debug function.
  • When connecting a microcontroller, the real-time watch function, branch trace function, stack overflow / underflow break function, etc. can be used.
  • Latest versions of the software tools needed to develop the program, such as project management tools, build tools, debugging tools, and Flash programmers, can be downloaded from Web site.

* EASE1000 V2 is compatible with microcontrollers equipped with LAPIS Technology 8-bit RISC processor and 16-bit RISC processor.

ROHM provides Operating System for Switching Power Control MCU "RMOS" to solve customer issues.

RMOS (Real time Micro Operating System)

RMOS (Real time Micro Operating System)
  • Operating system for multitasking and real-time control
  • Improved program simplicity and readability (debuggability) by modularizing control programs
  • Implemented basic functions for switching power supply control (e.g., initial setting of MCU peripherals, acquisition of AD value, status monitoring, communication function, logging function*1)
  • Monitoring the state of the power supply circuit and outputting "state variable" and "state flag" (executed by background processing)
  • Two types of switching power supply circuits are simultaneously controlled by a single MCU
  • Switching power supply control programming using "state transition control" is supported (state transition managing function is implemented in RMOS)
  • Implements a low power operation mode that reduces the power consumption of the MCU while the switching power supply is in standby mode

*1: Currently, logging function is not implemented.

  • Control multiple topologies to reduce footprint and cost.

Reference board with microcontroller

This is a reference board with a microcontroller and minimum necessary components. You can try the operation of the microcontroller by mounting necessary parts, etc., according to the purpose. By connecting the on-chip emulator EASE1000 V2 and using the integrated development environmental LEXIDE-Ω, software can be developed and debugged. In addition, by connecting an external power supply, it can also be used as a single unit without connecting EASE1000 V2.

This is an isolator for EASE1000 V2.
Use this product when the VSS potential between EASE1000 V2 and the target system does not match, or when debugging in an environment that is easily affected by power supply noise.
