3-phase 3-level NPC type-T PFC
Description
This topology circuit is a PFC circuit that uses the NPC (Newtral Point Clamp) scheme commonly found in inverter circuits. By adopting the multi-level scheme, it is expected that power loss will be reduced (higher efficiency). In addition, by using SiC products, it is possible to achieve even higher efficiency.
