AC/DC Converters ICs

ROHM offers a broad selection of AC/DC controller and converter ICs. These large-current external FET switching regulators are compatible with nearly all switching power-supply applications by offering a wide input voltage range, multiple topologies (boost, negative voltage, buck, buck-boost), and flexible operating frequency.

SiC Applications

A pioneer in SiC technology, ROHM was the first supplier to introduce AC/DC converter control ICs for a SiC drive that makes it possible to increase performance while reducing power consumption. The growing proliferation of SiC power devices is expected to provide added value to the AC/DC converter market which demands increased power savings and miniaturization.
