I want to use ML22Q53x, ML22Q62x, and ML22Q66x with SPVDD=5.0V and IOVDD=DVDD=3.3V. Is there any problem?
- No problem. When turning on the power, turn on the power in the order of IOVDD=DVDD=3.3V -> SPVDD=5.0V. When shutting off the power, turn off the power in the order of SPVDD=0V -> IOVDD=DVDD=0V. There is no problem even if the power is turned on or off at the same time.
