When turning ON the power supply of the BU2098 serial IN/parallel OUT driver IC, can the initial conditions be set to all outputs ON or OFF when turning ON the power supply?
According to the datasheet the BU2098 has a power ON reset circuit, so in the initial state all open drain outputs can be ON (Low). All outputs cannot be OFF (output High with pull-up resistor).
