For reset ICs, does the time the supply voltage VDD drops below the detection voltage or the amount of voltage droop affect the delay time and operation? And are there individual differences and reproducibility depending on the product regarding the responsiveness to the same input waveform?
For the fall delay time tPHL, the delay time increases proportionately as the voltage exceeding the threshold decreases, and when the supply voltage recovers within that time the output does not react and tPHL becomes almost constant if the voltage drop exceeds a certain level (approx. 0.5V). Although there are individual differences in responsiveness, there is reproducibility for the same waveform.
