For ground sense comparators, does the output leakage current become smaller when the voltage is reduced with respect to the output applied voltage of the measurement conditions described in the datasheet?
The output leakage current is not proportional to the voltage (similar to resistance). Also, as the temperature rises the difference in leakage current at 36V and 5V decreases. And please consider the maximum value across the entire temperature range as 1uA at 5V and 36V (as in the datasheet). The output leakage current is the current flowing into the IC.
