ROHM Group company LAPIS Technology offers standalone-type battery monitoring ICs optimized for power tools by providing battery protection without the need for an external MCU.
ROHM offers a broad lineup of shunt resistors for current detection in a variety of package designs (standard, wide terminal) and resistances to meet a range of application requirements.
The KX13x series of accelerometers from Kionix (a ROHM Group company) are the industry’s first to incorporate Advanced Data Path (ADP) technology to output amplitude data within a desired bandwidth to improve efficiency and reduce power consumption without loading the MCU.
To reduce Ron, ROHM power MOSFETs utilize a solid copper bridge between the power device surface and package leads. The Cu clip provides an addition benefit in reducing inductive parasitics on the lead lines.
