Speech LSI Tools installer includes the SDCB3 driver.
It is not possible to install only the SDCB3 driver, so if it is already installed, run "Setup_Speech_LSI_Tools.exe" and uninstall Speech LSI Tools.
Then, run "Setup_Speech_LSI_Tools.exe" again to install Speech LSI Tools. During installation, the following dialog for installing the SDCB3 driver will be displayed. Click the "Next" button to install the SDCB3 driver.
