For open-drain output type reset ICs, what is the state of the output when connecting the output pull-up resistor RL to a separate power supply and turning the power supply VDD OFF?
When VDD reaches the detection voltage the output goes to 'L', and once it drops below the operating supply voltage range VOPL the output goes to high impedance and outputs the voltage at the pull-up location.
