In the datasheet for the BA2904 and BA2902 the output sink current corresponding to an output condition of 0.2V is 12uA (min), but what is the minimum value (including temperature)?
- As a reference value, the minimum output sink current corresponding to 0.2V is 10uA at -40C. When 10uA is insufficient, it is possible to add sink current externally by connecting a pulldown resistor to the output.
