It is described that high-impedance output mode should be set when P42 to P47 of ML620Q15x are used for AD analog input. Are there any problems if high-impedance input mode is set instead?
Although A/D conversion is possible even if high-impedance input mode is set, a pass-through current may flow in the input circuit of the general-purpose ports, thus possibly increasing current consumption if the input voltage is the intermediate voltage between VDD and VSS. Therefore, please be sure to set high-impedance output mode.
