Notice of Integration of the three sales Companies in China

ROHM Co., Ltd. will integrate three sales companies in China “ROHM Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.”, “ROHM Semiconductor (Beijing) Co., Ltd.” and “ROHM Semiconductor (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.” effective March 31, 2024.
Amid drastic changes in the business environment in the semiconductor industry, the business of customers is expanding in China as well. We will integrate the management of the three sales companies with ROHM Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. as the surviving company to strengthen our total support system in line with changes in the market and customers in addition to the conventional community-based and detailed customer support.
ROHM Group will continue to work to improve customer satisfaction by responding quickly and appropriately to a variety of needs.
