BD9V100MUF-C는 고내압 파워 MOSFET를 내장한 동기정류 강압 DC/DC 컨버터입니다. 16V~60V의 넓은 입력전압 범위로, 산업기기 등 모든 어플리케이션에 적합합니다. Nano Pulse Control™ 기술을 통해 20ns의 최소 SW ON 시간을 출력할 수 있어, 2.1MHz 동작 시에도 48V 배터리에서 3.3V 마이컴으로의 전압 변환 (48V→3.3V)을 1개의 IC로 실현합니다.

BD9V10xMUF-LB is a current mode synchronous buck converter that uses high voltage rated POWER MOSFETs. It features a wide range input voltage range of 16V to 60V and utilizes a very short minimum pulse width (down to 20ns) which enables direct conversion from 60V power supply to 3.3V at 2.1MHz operation.
