IGBT-IPM

ROHM IGBT-IPMs are optimized for a broad range of applications, from refrigerators and air conditioners to fans and industrial motor drives, facilitating customer designs and improving system efficiency. ROHM offers two variants of IGBT-IPMs, one for low-switching and the other for high-switching frequencies. Both types integrate an IGBT, FWD, bootstrap diode, and gate driver into a single package.

IPM Loss Simulator

The Loss Simulator is a power loss estimation software dedicated to ROHM IGBT IPMs. The Loss Simulator provides an accurate estimation of the power loss, the junction and case temperatures power based on the customer application mission profiles, shortening the solution design and saving time and resources.
