Are only the following functions inactive on ML610Q421 before VDD becomes equal to 1.1 V: the sequential type A/D converter and CPU operations at a clock frequency of 500 kHz or 4 MHz?
ML610Q421 has the limitations below. - Sequential type A/D converter: AVDD = 2.2 V or more, VDD = 1.8 V or more - CPU operations at a clock frequency of 500 kHz: VDD = 1.3 V or more - CPU operations at a clock frequency of 4 MHz: VDD = 1.8 V or more - BLD (power supply voltage monitoring): 1.35 V or more - UART/SSIO/I2C/RC oscillator type ADC: 1.3V or more (the internal logic operates at 1.1 V, but AC characteristics are not guaranteed) - Melody: This operates at 1.1 V, but current capacities become deteriorated.
