The ML62Q1000 series A/D converters can use the SAINIIT bit of the SADMOD register to choose whether to discharge the charge in the sample hold capacitance prior to the AD conversion. Which one should I choose?
When the input resistance of A/D is large and 1ch A/D conversion is performed, if A/D conversion is used without discharging, there is an advantage that the sample hold time is shortened.
When the input resistance of A/D is large and A/D conversion of multiple channels is performed, if A/D conversion is used after discharging, there is an advantage that it is not affected by the previous A/D conversion result.
