ML62Q1000 series ADC has a function to discharge the electrical charge in the sample/hold circuit. In what kind of situation should I use this function?
When A/D conversion of the voltage input with high resistance is performed for multiple channels, the electrical charge charged through A/D conversion of the previous channel may affect A/D conversion of the next channel, and therefore a function to start A/D conversion after discharging the electrical charge is provided.
