When configuring a general amplifier circuit with an opamp, connecting a capacitor between the +input pin and ground is fine. However, inserting a capacitor between the -input pin and ground or the +input and -input pins may cause oscillation, so please do this only after thorough evaluation. Also take into account parasitic capacitance due to long wires, etc.
