In the datasheet for the BA3472 and BA3474 under the precautions for the output current source it states that the output current will decrease as the IC temperature increases due to heat generation. Please explain this.
As the temperature rises due to self heat generation, the internal constant current circuit decreases while the output transistor capacity increases, resulting in a decrease in output current capability due to the balance between the two.
