For I²C EEPROMs what is the behavior when write protect is applied by the WP pin during internal write cycle operation?
- When write protection is applied during the internal write cycle time, write operation is terminated and data in the EEPROM is destroyed with the values becoming undefined. This will require another write operation.

What is an EEPROM?
