  • Regional Sales Manager Automotive (m/f)

    For our location in Stuttgart we are looking for a: Regional Sales Manager Automotive (m/f)

    Location : Stuttgart

    Main Tasks

    • Maintain and grow business at existing automotive customers by driving new design-ins
    • Meet and exceed agreed sales budgets, design-in targets
    • Identify and materialize new business opportunities in the automotive market
    • Primary focus shall be on engineers and executives responsible for new product design-ins
    • Present ROHM value proposition against competitors
    • Assist customer during design-in developments with support from product managers and field application engineers
    • Provide marketing department and product managers with consolidated customer requirements to define new products and product enhancements, to pave the road for continuous future growth

     

    Job requirements:

  • Regional Sales Manager Distribution France (m/f)

    For our location in Paris we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager Distribution France (m/f).

    Location : Paris

    Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the distribution strategy to extend the POS
    • Performance of product presentations of the main divisions at the distribution offices conjoint with a training of the Distributors Account Managers/Internal Sales
    • Ensure support for all distribution partner offices in the area of accountability according the defined strategy and drive the demand creation activities of the distribution partners to ensure maximum revenue in the defined area
    • Identifies the projects with high sales growth potential and align the demand creation resources/competencies with the FAE Management to maximize design wins, securing the involvement /support of the relevant departments
    • Management of the design pipeline
    • Monitors the sales and demand creation activities through internal and external customers & project reviews with the Distribution partners
    • Support and coordinates input for product and revenue forecasting and budgeting for the designated area and strategic focus accounts

    Job requirements:

    • Degree in Electronic Engineering

    • Fluent in French and an advanced level of written and verbal English
    • Good knowledge of MS Office Pack
    • High developed methodical and social competences: team player in an intercultural environment

    Responsibilities:

    • Main Task - Build relationship with Car OEMs from Electronics R&D up to the Management
    • Identify early stage projects and clarify its development responsibility matrix between Car OEMs, Tier 1s and Tier 2s
    • Explore potential relationships with Research Institutes, Design Houses and other Influencers (Semiconductors/Passives supplier or Software developers) in order to facilitate the efficient promotion of Rohm products
    • Feed Rohm Product Marketing and R&D organization with the future market and customer requirements to drive Rohm product roadmap on LSIs (PMIC for SoC, T-Con, LVDS, Source/Gate Drivers for TFT panels, LED Drivers for exterior / interior lighting and Analog Power ICs) and Power Devices (SiC, IGBT and Si Mosfet)
    • Promote Rohm products to the relevant Car OEM departments. Main focus applications are IVI, ADAS and Electrification
    • Coordinate promotion activities towards Tier 1s and Tier 2s with Global Account Managers and Key Account Managers
    • Participate in industrial trade shows, conferences, workshops and consortium for external networking
