1ch 200mA CMOS LDO Regulators - BU1CTD2WNVX

BUxxTD2WNVX series is high-performance FULL CMOS regulator with 200-mA output, which is mounted on microminiature package SSON004X1010 (1.0 mm ? 1.0 mm ? 0.6 mm). It has excellent noise characteristics and loadresponsiveness characteristics despite its low circuit current consumption of 35µA. It is most appropriate for variousapplications such as power supplies for logic IC, RF, and camera modules. Micro miniature SSON004X1010 with built-inheatsink is adopted for the package, which contributes to the space-saving design of the set.
